pastel blue with white lace trim, polka dot print, and rosebuds.
Buttons up the back - back has lots of lace ruffles.
Peter pan collar, rosebuds and ribbons.
One of the ribbons has frayed ends and a faint spot and some of the lace at the hem has loose threads.
Otherwise the dress is in good pre-owned vintage condition.
