Vintage 90s black floral sleeveless midi dress with scoop neck and tie back.
CONDITION NOTE: the shoulders were cut, shortened, and re-sewn. Please see the last photo for detail. This is a little visible as the stitches aren't done neatly. It also makes the arm openings smaller than normal.
