Vintage girl's long sleeve polka dot print dress from the 1980s.
Blue & white polka dot print, white sailor style collar with pink ribbon trim, pink ribbon tie at waist (removable). Dress buttons up the chest.
Noticeably faded throughout with minor pilling. Ribbon at waist has frayed ends.
Otherwise in good shape.
