Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We use USPS for shipping. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Generally you can expect your order to ship 3 - 5 business days after ordering. If there are any delays, we will reach out by email to update you. You'll receive an email with your order's tracking number once it ships.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted for most items if postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Not eligible for return: hair accessories, earrings, swimwear, hats, and final sale / clearance items.
Customer pays return postage. Original postage paid is non-refundable.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept most credit cards, processed through Square. We do not accept checks, money orders, or Western Union, etc.
Q: Do you offer discounts / coupon codes or wholesale?
A: Occasionally we run sales or special coupon codes, which will be shared on our social media (@GoodLuxeVintage / @RainbowMoonBeams). Returning customers also receive a special thank you coupon code for their next purchase!
We do not offer wholesale at this time.
Q: I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
Please email us and we will respond within 24 hours during weekdays.
Emails sent on weekends will be answered on the following Monday.
