Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: I use USPS for shipping. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Generally you can expect your order to ship 3 - 5 business days after ordering. If there are any delays, I'll reach out by email to update you. You'll receive an email with your order's tracking number once it ships.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted for most items if postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Not eligible for return: hair accessories, earrings, swimwear, hats, and final sale / clearance items.
Customer pays return postage. Original postage paid is non-refundable.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept most credit cards, processed through Square. We do not accept checks, money orders, Zelle, Venmo, etc.
Q: Do you offer discounts / coupon codes or wholesale?
A: Occasionally we run sales or special coupon codes, which will be shared on our social media (@GoodLuxeVintage / @RainbowMoonBeams). Returning customers also receive a special thank you coupon code for their next purchase!
We do not offer wholesale at this time.
Q: I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
Please email us and we will respond within 24 hours during weekdays.
Emails sent on weekends will be answered on the following Monday.
Q. My order is lost / stolen / missing. What do I do? Will you refund or replace it?
Once I ship an order and it is accepted by USPS in their system, it is up to them to deliver it to the recipient in a timely manner. Occasionally there may be unforeseen delays due to weather, mail volume, or holidays.
Orders that do not show tracking updates for more than 14 days may be "lost" - please reach out to me and we will work together to file a claim with USPS.
I am not responsible for missing / stolen mail when an order is marked as delivered. There are no refunds or replacements for orders marked as "delivered" by USPS. Please reach out to your postmaster at your local post office for assistance with filing a claim with your local police department. If stolen mail is an issue in your neighborhood, I highly recommend using a safe alternate address to receive your package.
