FYI: glow in the dark stuff need to be exposed to bright light (like a light bulb) for 30 seconds in order to activate the glow!
They are made of plastic and have a metal alligator clip on the backside.
Expose to bright light for several minutes for the glow effect.
They measure about 3" x 1.75".
